General Terms and Conditions for the use of services and documents under which "Magic-Net" SRL provides information technology services - hosting services (web hosting services or dedicated server rental or web hosting services or virtual server hosting services):

1. General Terms and Conditions for the use of hosting services

1.1. The contract represents an irrevocable public offer in accordance with Article 681, Article 684 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Moldova, and Law No. 284 on Electronic Commerce. The Buyer becomes acquainted with the text of this offer and accepts it by selecting the checkbox on the line "I have read and agree to the Terms of Service" (the purchasing conditions through the magicnet.md website) and by signing this Agreement. Thus, the Buyer concludes an electronic contract for the purchase of services.

The Subscriber's payment of the account represents the acceptance of the offer and the terms of the contract and the consent to the conclusion of the hosting services contract. From the moment of payment, the contract for the provision of services by the Subscriber and "Magic-Net" SRL is considered concluded.

This Contract was concluded only in the English language.

2. Basic Information

2.1. The list of all services provided by the Provider, their description, and value is published on the official website of the Provider - https://my.magicnet.md or https://magicnet.md.

2.2. All prices published on this website are expressed in Euro and include VAT.

2.3. Money-back Guarantee: Magic-Net SRL offers a 7-day money-back guarantee to new customers who have not previously had any business relationship with it. From the day Magic-Net SRL provided the ordered service to the customer, the customer has seven (7) days to revoke their order and contractual statement without specifying any reasons. In the event that the customer exercises the right of revocation, Magic-Net SRL is obliged to provide a refund within thirty (30) days of receiving the revocation from the customer. The money-back guarantee and the right of revocation exclude any services that require the involvement of a third party, including but not limited to third-party software licenses, domain names, SSL certificates, and dedicated servers.

2.4. This contract can be terminated by either party without providing a reason with a notice period of seven (7) days before the next action date. In the absence of such termination, the contract will automatically extend for the agreed minimum contract period, which is usually one (1) month, one quarter, half a year, or one year.

3. Invoicing. Tax Invoice

3.1. Tax invoices will be sent via electronic mail (email) to the email address provided by the Beneficiary through the Customer System. If you want the invoice to be sent only through the e-Invoice system, please contact us.

3.2. This is the final invoice and represents an original. Please print it for use as an accounting document. According to Order No. 562 dated 04.04.2014 "e-Invoice Regulation," stamp and signature are no longer mandatory on invoices. The regulation states: "In the case of electronic invoices/tax invoices, for services provided to recipients, generated and signed by the Provider in the 'e-Invoice, service' the application of the handwritten signature and stamp by the Provider on the paper medium is not mandatory."

3.3. We issue the tax invoice after receiving the payment, which is sent by email within a maximum of 14 days.
