Tax invoices for customers in the Republic of Moldova
Tax invoices will be sent exclusively through the e-Invoice system. After the invoice is generated, we will notify you via email, using the email address provided by the Customer through the Client System.
The tax invoice will be issued after the payment is made and will be sent via email within a maximum of 14 days.
This is the final invoice and represents an original copy. Please print it for accounting purposes. According to Order No. 562 dated 04.04.2014 "e-Invoice Regulation," stamps and signatures are no longer mandatory on invoices, as it states: "In the case of electronic invoices/tax invoices, for the services provided to customers, generated and signed by the Supplier in the e-Invoice system, the application of the handwritten signature and stamp by the Supplier on paper support is not mandatory."
If you need a "Verification Document," please open a ticket in our Billing department, providing the following information: Company name and period for the verification document.
Tax invoices for customers in other countries
For customers outside the Republic of Moldova, once the payment is confirmed in our bank account and billing system, we will immediately send you an invoice.
